Adityan, a civil engineer from SRM Eswari Engineering College affiliated with Anna University Chennai, completed his Master of Engineering with a major in Management at the University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia—a prominent Australian public research university situated in the coastal city of Wollongong. His proactive approach encompasses the initiation of marketing strategies, spanning campaigns, technology integration, development of housing and infrastructure facilities, implementation of construction analytics, and participation in real-estate conferences involving both government and private sectors.
Mr. Bhoopathy – Managing Director
Mr. Bhoopathy is a Retired superintending engineer at the Tamil Nadu Housing board. Over 27 years, he has guided P.A.K Builders to support the Sole proprietor. In addition, he has been involved with the projects taken by the P.A.K Builders, supporting the Sole Proprietor with his expertise and strategic outlook. His valuable insights, sharp business strategies, and advice have played a vital role in launching premium luxury projects and ensuring their success.
Mr. Bhoopathy, after his retirement, continues to be the backbone of the organization by leading as the Managing Director, mentoring the team with his inspirational vision, and making success a culture within the organization. His excellent professionalism and never-ending enthusiasm have always set a benchmark for the company. He firmly believes that the best results can be achieved by having a dedicated team with a clear understanding of the company’s mission and values.
His contributions to the company in achieving a solid foothold in the industry have been unmatched. For example, he has been instrumental in acquiring the company’s project approvals and fund management. Mrs.Uma Maheswari – Proprietor
Being sole proprietor for more than 27 years, she was responsible for planning the business’s activities and charting its future. She has a committed interest in realizing the company’s goals that the company should achieve. She is a motivator Propelling P.A.K Builders towards growth and ensuring the company is consistent in the industry. Also, she works with a mission that P.A.K Builders build fulfils its true potential and gives its clients maximum satisfaction and happiness by bringing their dream house to reality!
